The bouquet was attractive, delivered as described and on time.
The ordering process via website was easy.Our only request is that the price be reduced to provide the customer with even greater value. $50 for a modestly-sized bouquet felt a steep. While we know nothing about running a florist shop, our opinion is that even more revenue can be potentially grown by meaningfully beating the competition's price - not matching it, not coming close, but by giving the customer a solid reason (via price) to change their buying habits).
Otherwise, we are satisfied with the company and service (unlike some others we used!)..
All of this is just our opinion based upon our single experience. We could be incorrect in our conclusions.
